Not Your Fault?

Seems the FMCSA reconsidered its position on reviewing accidents involving big rigs as to whether the trucker was at fault determining the subsequent effect on the carrier. And now everything that happens, whether the trucker’s at fault on not, goes onto the carrier’s record. This affects everyone in the industry, including shippers. Want to find out why?
